Press Release photography forms part of my work on behalf of marketing agencies and larger organisations running marketing campaigns for local media. Press releases are a great way to keep a company or business profile in the public eye both to attract new clients and to network with other businesses relevant to your field of work.
Whether it’s a charitable event which your business is sponsoring, someone new at the helm of your business, or record sales and growth, it never hurts to have some images to colour articles in papers and magazines.
A recent assignment I provided some images for involved photographing the new Managing Director of a local company. The images used were designed to be eye catching to, add a bit of gravitas on occasion, and of course to try and get some good product/company name placement in the image into the bargain to further the impact and relevance of accompanying articles.
The new director of Breakwater IT was great to work with in producing some images for the press release. I aimed as already said to include product/company name placement in the images and to provide the marketing manager of the company with as varied a set of images as possible for inclusion in different orientations and formats both in paper and digital mediums.
