Early February isn’t the normal time when you’d expect many people to want their holiday property photography but in the early part of this year I’ve had a number of properties to photograph as owners take advantage of the quietest time of the year to get maintenance and other work including photography completed.
I found a good day of weather and headed down to this waterfront property John’s Cottage based in Wroxham to photograph both exteriors and interior images for website listings on both Peninsula Cottages and Waterside Breaks websites.
A strong low winter sun and reflection from both nearby boats in moorings and the water made the photography particularly tricky on this occasion but thankfully my practiced methods, professional equipment (including heavy duty portable battery powered flash) and experience proved invaluable and got the job done with the owner being very pleased with the results.
One thing I like to do is to show the connection between spaces in my property photography and again this takes a little more planning and work in photoshop to combine exposures of several rooms in one photograph.
I hope you like the images and if you’d like your property photographing please get in touch?
