The content creation I get asked to produce ranges from what I call organic branding photography featuring real people in the work place to short film adverts for social media, whether this is a 1 minute advert for Facebook or a short for Instagram or Youtube.
In this latest example I headed over to one of my favourite places to work, the stunning Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden at South Walsham near Norwich to produce a film to advertise their Canoe Trails. With new bridges having been built in the gardens which allow boats and paddle boards to travel beneath the tranquil water gardens can now be accessed using shallow draft vessels such as paddle boards and canoes and can feature as part of a trail route for both which participants can enjoy.
On a planning visit to the gardens I decided that multiple viewpoints of the Canoe tour would really sell the experience of travelling under the beautiful new bridges to being eye to eye with fantastic plants and nature. I deployed an action camera, several ground cameras and a small lightweight drone on the shoot and can attest to the fact that even if it’s windy out on the broads the gardens provide a calm and serene place to tour in peace and quiet.
The film was designed to give a taste of the experience and introduce viewers who both do and don’t know the gardens to the environment to be explored. At present the film has proved to be a great way to boost the awareness of the tours on offer and sell these to a buying public who inspired by the film are keen to enjoy the gardens from this unique perspective. Check out the film below on the Youtube link.
